FACTOR11 / The person behind the work

I understandtechnology.I designfor people.

Hi, I’m Igor, an independent web developer. I build websites and digital tools around real business needs, with clear interfaces for the people who use them.

01 / My background

Not just putting pages together. Understanding what they’re for.

I’ve worked with IT for as long as I can remember. I’m equally interested in how digital systems work and how people experience them.

I’ve been building WordPress websites for over ten years. One thing I’ve learned: an impressive hero section can’t replace a clear structure, simple maintenance and a foundation that can evolve.

My project management background helps me ask the right questions. When a project starts with “we need a website,” I can help clarify the goals, priorities and user journeys before we get into layouts.

Guiding principle

Less technical mystery. More clarity.

You should understand what we’re building, why it matters and how the website will work after launch.

02 / Mobile is not optional

Mobile is not a shrunken desktop.

I give mobile design its own attention. On a phone, people need to spot what matters, tap comfortably, browse products and send an enquiry without friction. I test real interaction flows, not just screenshots.

03 / What I make

From a polished website to complex functionality.

Sometimes the priority is design and content. Other times it’s filtering, access permissions, data and integrations. The tools follow the problem — not the other way around.

FACTOR11 / WordPress & custom development

04 / Tools with purpose

NoCode where it helps. Custom code where it counts.

I use visual development tools not for the buzzword, but to make a website easier for its owner to manage.

01 / VISUAL

Easy to update

Content, pages and everyday components should remain manageable without calling a developer every time.

02 / CUSTOM

Not trapped in a template

When ready-made features aren’t enough, I add the necessary functionality and integrations — without unnecessary complexity.

05 / Working together

Start with questions. Finish with a working solution.

Projects are easier to manage when each stage and the decisions behind it are clear.

01 / DISCOVER

Understand

We discuss your business, audience, goals and what the website really needs to do.

02 / DESIGN

Plan

I define the structure, user journeys, data model and how content will be managed.

03 / DEVELOP

Build & test

I implement the pages and functionality, with particular attention to mobile interactions.

04 / HANDOVER

Hand over something usable

A good website should make sense to both visitors and the people updating it.

06 / Beyond the claims

A few real-world projects.

Different businesses need different structures and functionality. The common thread is attention to the actual problem.
